Showcasing the UK’s National Investment Offer

EXPO REAL is the UK’s most strategic European platform for promoting real estate, regeneration and infrastructure investment – attracting 40,000 participants and 1,800 exhibitors annually.

From 5–7 October 2026, UKCAP will lead the UK Investment Pavilion for the fourth year running, showcasing £100bn+ of opportunities and convening the UK’s strongest delegation of city-region leaders, developers, investors and advisers.

Designed around investor journeys, data-driven storytelling and high-quality conversations, the Pavilion positions UK cities and regions at the heart of Europe’s most influential real estate forum.
