The 2025 UK Investment Pavilion at EXPO REAL brought together city leaders, investors, developers and innovators from across the UK to showcase the scale, strength and ambition of the UK’s investment story.
Across three days of high-quality engagement, UKCAP convened a national delegation to present a coordinated pipeline of investment opportunities spanning housing, regeneration, infrastructure and innovation-led growth. The Pavilion provided a focused platform for meaningful investor conversations, strategic partnerships and new international connections.
