David has over a decade of experience in Real Estate and specialises in complex Land Acquisition and Development Projects and large-scale title due diligence exercises. He counts Registered Providers, institutional and private investors, business owners, lenders, landlords and tenants amongst his clients. He draws upon his experience in Real Estate and his passion for emerging technologies to help deliver dynamic solutions to his clients, and consistently delivers outstanding results to tight deadlines. Client care is at the heart of David’s practice and is deeply driven to developing relationships. David founded and is a lead member of Devonshires’ Innovation Group, a 10 plus strong multidisciplinary team of lawyers, IT experts, marketeers dedicated to harnessing technology including AI, task tracking and contract management to drive efficiencies, find new opportunities and to continually improve the firm’s services to its clients. David frequently acts for Registered Providers, private equity funds and private developers as well as individuals on a vast range of property matters.
