The UK Investment Pavilion: Showcasing the UK’s National Investment Offer
EXPO REAL is Europe’s biggest international property and investment trade fair, attracting 40,000 participants and 1,800 exhibitors annually.
From 5–7 October 2026, UKCAP will lead the UK Investment Pavilion for the fourth year running, showcasing £100bn+ of opportunities and convening the UK’s strongest delegation of city-region leaders, developers, investors and advisers.
Designed around investor engagement, data-driven narrative and high-quality conversations, the Pavilion positions UK cities and regions at the heart of Europe’s most influential real estate forum.
